For families considering a Cape Cod Sea Camps experience, a visit to camp is the very best way to see the beauty of our campus situated on Cape Cod Bay.
If you are within traveling distance of camp, we encourage everyone to attend one of the open houses here at camp in the Spring. These are great opportunities to learn more about the exciting adventure ahead. Visits on other days can also be arranged by calling in advance.
tourSchedule a Tour
Contact the CCSC office to schedule a tour. Directors are on hand for visits most days with a little notice during the Spring and Fall. During the busy summer season, overnight camp tours can be arranged with a Teen Leadership Tour Guide between 10:00am-12:00pm or 2:30pm – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. During the summer season, day camp tours are best scheduled between 10:00am-11:00am, or 1:00pm-2:00pm.
parentsOvernight Camp Parents Visiting Day
Our formal visiting day is scheduled during the first half of the summer. Parents can enjoy participating in some activities with their campers and meeting with the counselors. Veteran campers quite often sign-out for lunch or dinner with friends or family but definitely want to return in time for the summer’s first all-camp dance. For second session campers, parents may visit after the first full week with weekends generally being the best time.
spiritDay Camp Spirit Assembly
Each Friday, the Day Camp Spirit Assembly takes place at the Day Camp Poop Deck from 2:15pm to 3:00pm. Friends and families are welcome to attend this feel good experience!
While parents are encouraged to attend Visiting Day and may visit on other weekends, regular visits disrupt the natural flow of camp, especially for other campers. As a result, we discourage “popping in” to visit unless arranged with a director. Generally there are no visits during the first 7-10 days of a camper’s stay.
Please note: CCSC campers must have permission to sign out of camp and may not stay overnight with anyone other than their parents. Also, friends of campers who visit must check in at the office and be accompanied by their parents at all times.
