David, having graduated from Southern Connecticut State College with a B.S. in teaching and physical education, works closely with Sherry Mernick in directing the overnight residential programs. Both Nancy and David are involved in the American Camp Association at the regional and national levels as well as being active in their local community. Camping is a full time career for Nancy & Dave along with being parents.

Sherry’s camp career began as a CCSC counselor during her Skidmore College years. After completing her Masters in Education at Northeastern University, Sherry moved to Cape Cod in 1976 to start full time employment at CCSC.
