The Cape Cod Sea Camps is designed for student trips. We offer full accommodations and meals for student groups so that educators can focus on hosting their program while staying here.
With over 50 acres of property located directly on Cape Cod Bay and more than 600 feet of private waterfront and tidal flats, it is an ideal location to work on teambuilding, take part in science studies, and experience an education opportunity outside of the classroom. Or, take advantage of what other activities Cape Cod has to offer such as daily whale watching trips, countless nautical and historical museums, 43,000 acres of National Seashore, and marine education at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute.
Our meeting areas such as the art center, dining hall, and various other buildings serve as a perfect classroom setting and we have many resources such as TV/DVD/VCR sets, wireless Internet, and projection screens available for use during your stay.
In conjunction with the Cape Cod National Seashore, the Cape Cod Sea Camps has also produced a science-based curriculum that meets Massachusetts education standards. This study is aimed at grades 6 - 12 and includes studies on measuring change in salt marsh and estuaries.
