CCSC's food service is provided by Chartwell's Educational Dining Services, a member of the Compass Group who were the official catering service supplier for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. In 2001 we opened a new commercial kitchen which transformed our dining facility and provided the opportunity to expand our menu offerings for campers and staff. Chartwells takes a lot of pride in providing menu selections that reflect nutritional expertise and responsible to changing dining trends. Our head chef also encourages feedback from campers and staff regarding comments or suggestions for our dining service.
